Getting here by bicycle

There are many cycle routes into Exeter city centre and some are traffic free dedicated cycle paths. To plan your journey by bicycle use the cycle route planner using destination postcode: EX4 3RG.  A new secure and covered cycle rack is planned for the Community Centre and there is also limited cycle parking at a stand close to the Centre. 

Getting here by public transport

The Global Centre is a short walk from both Exeter St David’s and Exeter Central railway stations. All Exeter City bus routes (lettered buses) go via the High street. From there it is a five-ten minute walk to the Global Centre. There are also three Park and Ride services from various points on the city outskirts to the city centre.

Getting here by car

There is little or no parking available close to the Global Centre. The nearest car parks ar Harlequins, Guildhall and Mary Arches Street. We recommend alternatives to driving, both for environmental reasons and because of the often heavy traffic congestion into and around the city centre.

There is full disabled access to the new Global Centre. Lifts are provided.
